Booking Policy
•Appointments are confirmed once your booking has been accepted. A valid credit card or deposit may be required to reserve your appointment.
•We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
•Please have a clean, quiet space available for your massage, with enough room for a massage table. If you arrive late or are unavailable at the scheduled time, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other appointments.
•Mobile massage is provided within our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area.
•Massage therapy is professional healthcare. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be due.
•If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment.
• Please fill out all health forms below fully and honestly to ensure we can provide you with the correct services and modalities to ensure a fully custom experience.
Before & After Care
Before Your Massage

Eat a light meal 1–2 hours beforehand.
Avoid heavy alcohol consumption.
Complete any health forms honestly.
Let your therapist know about injuries, pain, medications, or pregnancy.
Avoid applying heavy lotions or oils before your session.
After Your Massage
Drink extra water throughout the day.
Take it easy for the rest of the day if possible.
Avoid strenuous exercise for 12–24 hours.
Eat a healthy meal or snack.
Stretch gently if recommended.
A warm bath (not excessively hot) can help you relax.
Mild soreness for 24–48 hours can be normal.
Contact your therapist if you experience unusual pain or prolonged discomfort.
Schedule your next session based on your wellness goals.
Bonus tip: The benefits of massage are often greatest when treatments are part of a regular wellness routine, rather than only when pain becomes severe.
